Every layer on purpose.Peppers ferment in brine first for depth. Then each sauce’s star ingredient goes in, timed so you can actually taste it.
Every detail, by hand.Every batch is fermented, blended and bottled by hand, and we make our own components, like Incorruptible’s pickles, to keep the ingredient list clean.
